What Coaching Services do you provide?
I work with accomplished professionals at two distinct stages of their journey: those navigating a significant career inflection point — a promotion, a transition, a ceiling they're ready to break through — and senior leaders seeking to deepen their impact at the executive level. Each engagement is tailored to the individual, grounded in the ICF Core Competencies and Hudson Institute methodology. Learn more about these coaching services here.
Coaching, Mentoring, Consulting… What’s the difference?
The simplest way to think about it is that a mentor helps by providing advice and a coach helps you work through change. A consultant also provides advice and information, often more for the organization than the individual. I provide a custom blend of these roles, but always with the agreement between us as to what you are looking for from me. I can give you suggestions, relate to what you are going through, or help you identify and work through whatever is blocking your goals. You choose.
Is this for me, if I am not a woman or under-represented in STEM?
A successful coaching partnership benefits from shared context, and my context is that of a female leader with almost 40 years experience working in tech. That said, I will strive to help you in any way I can regardless of your background or demographics, including making a referral to one of my coaching colleagues if the alignment is better.
How much does this cost?
I charge a fixed fee for the full coaching engagement, typically 6 months and 14 sessions, so that we have a commitment on both sides toward your success. My rates are sliding-scale, based on your ability to pay, sponsorship through your organization, and other factors. A limited number of pro bono engagements are available.
